Personal Injury Case

Jason Parker was injured on the job in May of 2010. The dump truck he was driving flipped over and toppled down the pile of rock where he was dumping. Mr. Parker sustained minor injuries with psychological and addictive issues.
The company would not pay for his injuries and time off stating it was the fault of the driver.
